
AT FOREST ACADAMY, RESORT IN HYDERABD ON 15TH Sept 2019.
Karnataka Agri Professionals Association (KAPA) Hyderabad proudly celebrated its 12th Snehakoota , to mark its twelve years journey on 27th July 2025 at Forest academy , Dulapally Village RR District, in midst of forest beauty of nature.
A beautifully planned a full day program started with lighting the lamp by KAPA dignitaries and Ganapati vandana by ladies. The official marking of the day’s activity took a quick start with President, Shri. Ramaesh Klaghatagi’s, greetings to KAPA. The function begun with the fond memories of recently departed fine souls of KAPA family (Late Shri Ashok Bevingidad, Smt. Geetha V Kulkarni and Shri. GM Ravi). Dr Srinath Dixit, Mr Narayan Bhat and Dr Venkatesh kulkarni recalled the sweet memories and the commitment of the departed souls to KAPA’s growth. It was a moment of heavy heart for all the KAPA families present in the auditorium.
A short note on the 2024-25 KAPA’s journey was beautifully narrated by Vice president Mr. Narayan Bhat, followed by Dr. Ramachandra talking on KAPA activities and Mr.K Sheshagiri, treasurer, presenting the financial report. Under the able leadership of Shri. Hebsur Raveendra, senior KAPA member and nominated election officer, selection process of the new office bearers was conducted and reported as part of the general body meeting of the KAPA. Few core group members, shared their experiences about their association with KAPA and its contribution in networking, sharing day to day technical discussion in what’s app, organizing technical sessions, in house talent recognition, taking up social and personal issues etc.
KAPA Family celebrated the contributions made by Shri. Satish Hegde, Shri Ravindra Kalakannavar and Shri Raveendra Hebsur, in the field of agriculture (served in various companies in various capacities), on the occasion of their superannuation. They, along the respective family, were facilitated by the outgoing KAPA governing body members by offering the citation and shawl.
The event witnessed music program by the guest for the event, Smt. BR Chaya & Co. The whole KAPA family enjoyed magical voice of Smt. BR Chaya and the performance by young talents from the group, made the event more memorable. The Talent Recognition of the KAPA members and their families is an integral part of Snehakoota and on this occasion 9 kids were presented the certificates for their outstanding achievements in academics and co-curricular activities.
As old waves make way for new current, new KAPA executive committee was announced. The torch bearer, President of the new committee is Mr. S G Mutalik Desai, Vice President Dr.Thippeswamy (Syngenta) Vice President Mr.Narayan Bhat; Secretary Mr. KS Chandrashekhar (Syngenta); Joint Secretary Mr. Krupashankar (IFFCO), Treasurer Mr.Sheshagiri Kasul (Savannah Seeds). Mr. Shishila Somapur (Shankar Farms) and Smt.Tanuja BT are the executive members.
The valediction was given by the KAPA new president Mr.SG Mutalik Desai, who congratulated and wished KAPA to grow many folds and sought the cooperation of all in achieving the same.
