Gubba Nagender Rao

Gubba Nagender Rao is the Managing Director of Gubba Cold Storage Limited, GCS holds the distinction of setting up first private sector Cold Storage in Andhra Pradesh way back in 1987.A dedicated man, Gubba Nagender Rao is the proud recipient of Vikas Shree Award, in the year 1991 for excellence in the industrial sector. In 2010 Global Cold Chain Alliance felicitated him with ICE award for his contribution to the cold storage industry. He is also the recipient of an award in the Seedmen Association 16th AGM in 2011. Gubba Kiran

Gubba Kiran is the CEO of Gubba Cold Storage. Getting his hands down in Gubba cold storage at a very young age of 23, Gubba Kiran has virtually become the face of Gubba to the seed industry.  Setting up India’s first private sector dehumidified cold storage for seeds in 1998 has been his brain child.  His core competency in finance has fueled the company in setting up 14 cold storage plants. He has also been instrumental in creating Gubba from 0.7 million cubic feet to one of India’s biggest cold storage company with 10 million cubic feet.  He is the back bone of Gubba Seed News which is the virtual and largest news letter of the Indian Seed Industry.

Gubba Prashant

Gubba Prashanth is the Innovations & Technical lead at Gubba Cold Storage. He heads the technical department and designs the Cold Storages at Gubba. He has designed the first state-of-the-art world class cold storage for seeds in 2008. Consequently he has designed more World Class cold storage’s. Most of them innovative in its own way. He also heads the marketing of Gubba. Gubba Prashanth has been instrumental in making Gubba from a 0.7 million cubic feet company to India’s Biggest 10 million cubic feet Company.

Gubba Prashanth has been one of the 13 people from Indian refrigeration Industry selected by United States Trade & Development agency for a reverse Trade Mission to USA.
