Bayer’s pharmacovigilance teams around the world work to detect patterns of side effects, initiate action and collect the necessary information to analyze and understand them. Once assessed, measures are developed to prevent, or at least minimize, them in the future. Reporting of adverse events is one of the key steps in detecting safety signals. At Bayer we put our patients first, today on #InternationalPatientSafetyDay we have launched SafeTrack a digital reporting tool which makes it quick, easy and convenient to report an adverse events back to us and helps improve patient safety.
